What does the new pet law say?
The reform of this law affects the Civil Code, the Civil Procedure Law and the Mortgage Law. So our legal system has been adapted to the rights of animals and the nature of coexistence between them and people.

The new pet law also affects the Mortgage Law, so it prohibits pet animals from being seized in the event of non-payment of a debt. And, after the modification of this new law, it is expected that the mortgage guarantee will not include animals destined or placed on livestock, industrial or recreational farms, nor will the agreement to extend the mortgage to pet animals.

This new pet law aims to protect the rights of animals. That is why when it comes to having pets in a home , you must first look at their well-being.
