As I said before, sports practice is definitely an element that I thailand data investigate. There is no sport that I say is better than others. I am a fan of almost all sports and the choice of one sport practice rather than another tells a lot about a person's character and the attitudes and skills that may have been developed in its practice.
How do you make candidates feel at ease during an interview?
Good question! I think that the environment in which I welcome them and the first words I say can make a difference in this sense. I confess that sometimes I also like to make them a little “uncomfortable” and see how they react.
